As above, so below. As below, so above.

The Earth is going through an unprecedented moment. We are all going through the same thing. Every person. Every plant. Every animal. Every cloud. Every river, lake, and ocean.

The nature of the symptoms of COVID-19 cannot be accidental. No matter what the outer cause may be, they synchronistically reflect the whole. The planet can’t breathe — not enough oxygen. Our lungs can’t breathe — not enough oxygen.

The solution: stop, replenish the oxygen. Clear the air. Take a breather.

We recently celebrated Earth Day. Is that a coincidence?

The Earth is conscious and so much more powerful than us and has delivered its message. We are part of the whole and eventually we will not be able to avoid hearing and experiencing that message. The era of band-aid solutions like face masks, vaccines, and respirators will soon be over. We must all learn to breathe again, along with the rest of the animals and atmosphere and oceans.

Start right now. Remember that fear and anger depletes your physical and emotional oxygen supply. Stop, smile, be grateful, get out in the sun, look at a plant or something else in nature, and breathe.

Each of our next steps will be important. Take this time to contemplate what they will be.
